Although our doors remain temporarily closed for non-urgent treatment, we will continue to check phone messages daily to schedule future appointments and answer any questions.
We will only consider treating individuals if they require EMERGENCY physiotherapy care and ALSO if they or their family members are not experiencing a fever, cough or shortness of breath AND they have not returned from travelling outside of Ontario in the past 14 days.
Our Vitality team is closely monitoring the situation as it evolves and will continue to follow the recommendations of all official agencies.
Please stay connected with us through our social media for any updates on our end. If you have any questions or concerns please call the office or email us.

Dear Vitality Patients,
In light of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, and after much consideration, I have decided to temporarily close the clinic effective Monday March 23, 2020 to April 6th, 2020. I have not made this decision lightly and it is based on recommendations outlined by the Public Health Agency of Canada, the government and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario supports the clinic’s decision.
The safety and health of our patients, community and Vitality team is our top priority and this closure will protect them and help limit the spread of Coronavirus.
Thank you for your ongoing loyalty to Vitality Physiotherapy & Associates and your understanding during this difficult time.
Please stay safe and healthy and see you on April 6th, 2020.
If you have any questions or concerns please call the office or email us.
